The OPPO A54 smartphone has been finally launched in India and will be going on sale tomorrow, i.e. April 21th. This is a mid-ranger that offers some decent specifications at an affordable price tag. The phone is part of OPPO’s A-series line-up, and comes with a large 6,000mAh battery, a triple rear camera setup, and is available in three colour options. It also gets an octa-core MediaTek processor, fast charging support, and a good looking design. Read on to learn the pricing and other specifications of the phone. However, the OPPO A54 will face stiff competition from handsets like Redmi Note 10Realme Narzo 20 Pro, etc.

OPPO A54 price in India

The OPPO A54 price in India for the base variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage is Rs 14,999. For more storage, there’s the 4GB RAM + 128GB option, which is priced at Rs 15,999. Finally, if you want more RAM, then you can opt for the 6GB RAM variant that’ll sell for Rs 16,999. This version comes with 128GB storage.





The phones will be available in three colour options — Crystal Black, Starry Blue, and Moonlight Gold. You’ll be able to purchase them starting April 21th via Flipkart and other stores. Those buying the phone via Flipkart are eligible for a Rs 1,000 discount when using HDFC Bank cards, and also get mobile protection at Re 1, and 70 percent buy back at Re 1. If you’re buying it from retail outlets, then you’re eligible for 5 percent cashback on select bank cards. 

OPPO A54 specifications

Coming to the specifications, OPPO A54 is equipped with the ageing MediaTek Helio P35 processor, which is paired with a maximum of 6GB RAM. You get up to 128GB storage, and the ability to add up to 256GB more via a microSD card slot. The phone has a 6.51-inch LCD HD+ resolution display up front with a punch hole cutout for the 16-megapixel front camera. It gets a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, an IPX4 waterproof rating that can withstand splashes, and it runs Android 10 based Color OS 7.2. 

Moving on to the back, the phone features a triple camera unit that consists of a main 13-megapixel sensor, a 2-megapixel macro unit, and another 2-megapixel depth sensor. A massive 6,000mAh battery sits behind the rear panel, which supports up to 18W fast charging.
